Who we are

A cross-cultural community connecting women across Nepal and the world.

We bring together emerging women leaders in Nepal and Himalayan regions with experienced women leaders from around the world, creating relationships across generations, cultures and lived experience.

Through community, mentoring and storytelling, we create space for women to share knowledge, challenge perspectives, find their voice and open new possibilities for one another.

We believe that wisdom does not belong to one generation, one culture or one part of the world. When women connect, everyone has something to give, and something to learn.

Every woman can see what is possible for her

Our ambition is to create a world where every woman, regardless of where she was born, can see what is possible for her, and has the confidence, connections and opportunity to pursue it.

We want to build a lasting community where women across Nepal and the world learn from one another, support one another and create opportunities for one another.

Our ambition is to create that ripple effect.

One woman finds her voice.
Another woman sees what is possible.
She opens a door for someone else.
And gradually, individual courage becomes collective change.

Our approach

At the heart of our approach is reciprocity. Our mentors bring decades of experience, networks and new perspectives. Our mentees bring their own experience, lived knowledge, ambition and ways of seeing the world that challenge assumptions.

Together, we are building a network where relationships, knowledge and opportunity extend beyond individual mentoring partnerships.

Community

Safe space in a living community, regular events, meetings and shared learning, that stays active beyond mentoring.

Mentoring

Six months of one-to-one or one-to-team guidance on real challenges, goals and aspirations that matter most to mentees.

Storytelling

Invitation, space and an attentive ear for women to share their journeys. We listen, document and amplify voices that bring inspiration and new opportunities to other women.
