I'm Radha, a Singapore-based IT and AI business consultant and mentor. I spent nearly 30 years in technology sales and business development across Asia Pacific and Europe/Latin America/Growth Markets. I am also a doctoral researcher in AI and psychology examining employee resilience with AI adoption.
My mentorship work focuses on women and I also volunteer as a career advisor with Workforce Singapore, the national workforce agency. What drives me most is seeing a woman reconnect with her own strength and take her next step with courage, however that step looks like for her.
