What world becomes possible

when women across generations and cultures learn from one another?

Women's Voices of the Himalayas is the response to my own almost 20 years of regular visits and meetings with people in a variety of environments in Nepal.

It has grown out of a decade of work in Nepal and engagement with local communities through leadership journeys in the Himalayas and social impact initiatives, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and a strong focus on access to education, especially for girls.

What began in 2014 as development projects supporting remote schools, orphaned girls in monasteries, and informal mentoring of young women navigating education, work, and personal life transitions, has evolved into a deeper commitment to women's empowerment.

Because I believe that when someone truly sees you, listens to you, and believes in what you could become, something shifts:
