Srishti Chaudhary

I joined at a time when I needed to slow down and make space for myself. Much of my work is about managing and coordinating; I wanted to reflect on the kind of leader I want to become, and to learn from women with different journeys.

“I don't always need to change who I am to grow. Sometimes growth is about recognising what is already within you.”

I used to overthink whether my ideas were good enough. I have become more comfortable sharing them without having everything figured out. My mentor reminded me that softness and kindness are not weaknesses — they are part of how I lead.

Sometimes the most meaningful use of your voice is helping someone else find hers. In my work with women entrepreneurs, I don't need to be the loudest in the room. I can make an impact by helping another woman feel confident enough to speak.
