Sarala Maharjan

Mentored by Radha Raman

I joined to learn from experienced women and to strengthen not only my business, but my voice as a founder. I wanted a community where women could share challenges and grow together.

“Before, finding my voice meant having the confidence to speak. Now it means speaking with purpose, sharing my vision, and using my voice to create impact.”

Before mentoring I was focused on production and day-to-day operations. My biggest realisation was that leadership also requires communication, relationships, and community. With Radha I became more visible, more consistent, and more strategic about Sakal's story.

I am using my voice to communicate our vision, promote sustainable practices, and encourage other women to believe in their potential. The greatest gift is confidence in my own voice — and a mentor relationship that continues beyond the programme.
