Rabina Gyawali

I joined to grow not only as a professional but as a woman who can speak, lead, and contribute. Coming from social work, I wanted a broader perspective, and to learn from other inspiring women.

“More than knowledge or skills, this journey reminded me that my voice has value.”

The biggest shift has been in how I see myself. I have become more confident in expressing myself — finding the courage to speak up, listen, and not underestimate what I can contribute. My mentor helped me see that my experience in community work is a foundation, not a limit.

Today I use my voice in community initiatives, advocating for women, children, and vulnerable groups. I am leaving with greater confidence, a clearer direction, and a commitment to make space for other women to find their voices too.
