Muna Thokar

I joined Women's Voices of the Himalayas to grow my confidence, improve my communication, and learn from my mentor. I also wanted to learn more about myself and my future goals.

“The greatest gift I am taking away is adaptability — to accept change and meet it with a positive mindset.”

The biggest change is that I have become more confident in myself and my ideas. I have learned to take initiative, look at challenges as opportunities, and step out of my comfort zone.

Before, finding my voice meant simply expressing my thoughts. Now it means having the confidence to speak up, stand by what I believe in, and encourage young women around me to believe in themselves.
