I joined Women's Voices of the Himalayas to build my leadership and communication with the help of globally experienced women leaders. I hoped those conversations would help me in my personal and professional life, and toward my goals.

After talking with my mentor, my motivation rose. She is a self-made woman, and she taught me that hindrances will come — and that we meet them with calmness and confidence. We worked on communication; I practised patience before speaking, and I listen first now.
I am using what I have learned to make decisions more fearlessly, in my personal life and at work. The greatest gift is meeting women leaders from around the world — and especially my mentor, a kind, self-made woman I truly adore.
