About
I'm a headhunter from Prague. My work is essentially one long conversation about what people are good at and what they're afraid to ask for. I've always been involved in non-profit projects alongside it, and both worlds have taught me the same thing: the difference between a woman who moves forward and one who stays put is almost never talent — it's whether someone once told her she was capable.
I'm a mother of two daughters, and I want them to grow up in a world where that sentence is said out loud far more often.
How I can help
The view from the other side of the table: how decisions about candidates are really made, what makes someone memorable, and what quietly disqualifies them. Practically, career direction, CVs and personal storytelling, interview and salary negotiation in English, and building a network from nothing — plus a wide network of executives, HR leaders and non-profits. Most of all: I will listen, and I will tell you honestly what I think.
