Her work and perspectives have also been featured by CNA, MoneyFM 89.3, NHK Japan and Lianhe Zaobao.

For a long time, I thought strength meant being capable, independent and always moving forward. I built a successful corporate career, lived across different countries and cultures, and became very good at achieving. From the outside, life looked successful. But eventually, burnout forced me to ask a deeper question: what happens when the life that looks successful on the outside no longer feels aligned on the inside? That question changed the direction of my life.

I stepped away from the path I thought I was supposed to follow and began exploring what it really means to understand ourselves: our patterns, identities, relationships, nervous systems, and the stories we inherit about who we are supposed to be. Over time, that journey became my work. Today I coach, facilitate, speak, build businesses, create partnerships and work across cultures and communities. The thread connecting all of it has remained the same: people and their potential.

Leadership and self-leadership; confidence and finding your voice; career transitions; entrepreneurship; personal development; navigating change and uncertainty; resilience and emotional wellbeing; boundaries and relationships; cross-cultural leadership; turning purpose and ideas into meaningful action.

“You don't need to become someone else to step into your potential. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is trust your own voice, take up your space, and give yourself permission to become more of who you already are.”
