About
I am a strategy and impact leader with over 15 years' experience helping organisations navigate complex challenges, grow, and turn ambitious ideas into positive change. I am currently Head of Strategy Development & Impact at Wellcome, a global charitable foundation focused on science and health. Previously I was a strategy consulting director, leading international teams and advising global life science companies, non-profits, and governments.
Outside of work I am often galloping down a track with a bow and arrows — I compete for Great Britain in horseback archery. I have a long-standing connection with Nepal, and I am passionate about creating opportunities for women to grow, learn from one another, and make their voices heard.
How I can help
Experience spanning the private, philanthropic and development sectors, across cultures and many kinds of organisations. A supportive space to step back, explore ideas and think together — whether you are growing an idea or a business, navigating change or complex stakeholders, building and leading a team, or shaping the next chapter in your career and life. I enjoy helping people clarify their ambitions and what truly matters, bring strategic and commercial thinking to their challenges, build confidence in their own judgement, and turn ideas into practical next steps. Mentoring, for me, is a partnership built on curiosity, trust and mutual learning.
“Be curious and open about what is possible, and when you hear your heart calling, go for it. Trust yourself. You don't need to have it all figured out at the start — courage and confidence grow as you walk the path. And as you discover your own way, be generous in helping others find theirs.”
