About
I'm a non-executive director and independent consultant working in resilience, strategy and security, based in Prague. My career has crossed several worlds: linguistics and academia, sustainability and corporate leadership, and now a portfolio career combining consulting, board work and mentoring.
What connects all of it is one question: how do people and organisations stay steady under pressure and uncertainty without losing their integrity? I've been fortunate to have support along the way, and I'd like to pay it forward by helping other women shape their own path.
How I can help
Strategic decision making in uncertainty; communication and stakeholder management; networking and building real relationships; guidance on hard, open decisions. Strategies that bring clarity rather than handed-over answers.
“You don't need the whole path mapped before you take the next step. Most of what I've learned came from moving without certainty, and from asking people who were a few steps ahead. That's what I'm here for, including the questions that feel too basic or too personal to ask elsewhere.”
