With decades of C-suite experience in international leadership, global coaching and mentoring, she brings the perspective of a leader, the curiosity of a lifelong learner and the conviction of a humanitarian.
After almost 20 years of returning to Nepal, working closely with remote local communities and trekking in the Himalayas, she created Women's Voices of the Himalayas from a simple realisation: Talent is everywhere. Opportunity is not. Connection matters.
She helps women see their own potential, navigate change, find their direction and connect with people and opportunities that can expand what is possible. Her mentoring superpower: seeing what is already there, and helping you make it visible to the world.
